Don't call it a comeback. I've been here for years...
That's right kids, the almighty Na-Kid has returned once again to the world of Zebox. What's up with the site, though, no more music, jurassic-era(ie. old-ass) comments, and an inexplicable absence of all things Na-Kid! According to JAAO's video, yours truly can't even defy gravity any longer. Motherf**ker, have you seen me on the basketball court lately? I don't just defy gravity, I sodomize its immediate family.
Big ups to Atherton for at least saying my name. And I don't even know the dude.
But in answer to your question, Atherton, the Na-Kid album has already dropped for the most part. The Purple City Gangsters, Na-Kid and DJ He Say/She Say, have already released the mixtape prequel to the soon-to-be released, yet still untitled, lp. It's bound to be a banger. If anyone needs a copy of the Purple City Mixtape, holla' at yo' boy @ 853-DOGG. (Same goes for the real album as soon as it's out.)
Also, anyone with beats looking for an mc to bless 'em, look no further. I've got more rhymes than a poetry collection and I'm looking for somewhere to lay them to rest.

its wendsday morning and im just sitting in class bored and losing my mind
prelims was 27 rappers cut down to 5 with 3 bi's to total 8 in the next round,,,,,,,,,,,,josh and i easily made the cut
before i continue though i like to add a little side note.....i am using my words as carefully as possible when i say van city hiphop involves a lot of politics.........in the "scenes" eyes the main offenders are just a few young kids who succeeded in building a name for themselves just like the people who did it previous.
Although there is a mutual respect between the new and the old there is also a certian level of angst which keeps getting fed by the constant churning of the rumurmill
lets just say the crowd got what theyve wanted for a while now,,,,,,,,,the infamous showdown
in the end josh and i got knocked out in a couple of pretty heated battles...........its alright though because the looks of it thers going to be alot more of those in the future

i saw lord of the rings 2 and it was extra dope. unfortunately they decided to edit the book rather heavily to suit the film's pacing a lil' bit better...alas. i guess i just have to wait with EVEN MORE anticipation for the next one.

ok, folks... as you can see i threw up one of my paintings on the main page. now i need to know if this is a good idea or not: if i threw a hip-hop show, not sure where or when (probably january sometime), but with local acts, audiofix and all their friends, and made it a showcase to sell some paintings. like a hip-hop/art show... it's been done before. i think they were selling berzerker saws at a sebutones show a while back... either way, yall think that s**t would fail? i'm just looking for an opportunity to show off these s**ts and at one of our shows would probably be the best forum to do so... maybe i'll just bring one on stage with me and lean it up against jets' booth at the next show, so the babylon one i guess.

Missed the show, I guess. I tried to make it but nobody seemed to have any idea when we were on and my previous plans ran a little late. Thinking with the wrong head again, I suppose. My concern is limited, however, as I am certain you all had enough material to perform without me (plus Patty knows all my lines), and I had previously sworn never to enter the hole that is Bumpers ever again. mr. miles was on point the whole night. remember that 2pac dude from the other bumpers battle? his name was artistic... miles referred to this one dude as "about as artistic as artistic" - the tone was mad funny. he also told me to hit bank street for an all night barber shop. the brackets were all f**ked so the second last round was one mic, and 3 mc's competing to snatch it out the next kid's hand, this was my only real highlight, cuz when this kid mannie finally got the mic from either miles or myself, he had no presence, so i turned my back to him and started battling mr. miles without a mic, and was probably still louder than he was... s**t was gold. can't remember too many lines, but mr. miles served me in the final round.

Wassup everyone?
If you missed the festival formerly known as that of the Urban Music, consider yourself lucky. What a piece of s**t that was. If you want the lowdown check out page A11 of the sunday Citizen or tune in to CKDJ 91.3 to hear my half-hour anti-urbanfest manifesto. JAAO gave thanks and praise to the organizers for inviting us to perform, but he was the only one. Everyone and their baby's mama knew that we'd all been had.
The name of the event was the Urban Music Festival. However, there was no music to be heard and a dozen bewildered people standing in an open field would be better described as a picnic than a festival. The only thing urban about the whole thing was the complete lack of organization.
Kudos to the boys in the beer tent. I believe they may have been the only ones more confused than we, the act-less artists.
All in all, the day can be summed up in a few simple words:
"Boom, boom, bam, god-damn...royce the 5'9..."
Repeat twenty to thirty times for the complete Urbanfest experience.
