Bill Kurzenberger

Bill Kurzenberger is a dynamic keyboardist/singer/songwriter/guitarist from Columbus, Ohio. He currently plays keyboards and Hammond organ with John Mullins Band, Stone Groove and Grasshopper Pie, in addition to his solo performances.

Bill's influences range from Americana blues to funk to Bob Dylan and the Grateful Dead. Over the past decade, he has played onstage at many of Ohio's premier venues including the Newport Music Hall, the House of Blues, the Beachland Ballroom, the Winchester Music Hall, Camp Jam, Legend Valley and Frontier Ranch Music Center. With various bands, Bill has supported and shared the stage with renowned artists such as Melvin Seals and the Jerry Garcia Band, Vassar Clements, David Nelson Band, Derek Trucks Band, Hot Tuna and ekoostik Hookah.

In the summer of 2005, Bill recorded and self-produced his debut CD, entitled Suspending Disbelief. The CD features six songs selected from over a decade of original material, supported by Columbus musicians Ed Ritchey, Scott Maruskin, Scot Gassen, Julie Rearick and Craig Harpley.
