whew. things got really mental over here.
anyway, not to fire back at fake posters or anything, but this is something that's worth mentioning regardless. we've never made any money on this (in fact, it costs us money to host it); it's up for free download and will be for as long as people seem to be interested in it. so there's no law broken.
now, please carry on with the spinal tap references!

hey brian-
our main site is down because our hosts took our money and ran. we haven't put the site back up because we don't have too much free cash lying around, and all the music is still up for download here at zebox.
we haven't done anything else as project x, but i (rok) do my own original music... electronic music under the name "ender" (see www.zebox.com/ender and www.soulseekrecords.com) and i'm also in a post-punk band called design your own dance accident. rawk's got his hands full with his video game radio show, at www.superradiox.com. i don't think we'll be doing any more project x stuff, as we're both seniors in college and the year is drawing to a close. but thanks for the interest, and we're glad you like what we've got!

hey johnathan-
we were thinking of printing up cds a while ago but we never got to find out how many people would actually be interested (that was around the time that our website went down for good). since then the buzz has died down quite a bit and i think we'd have a hard time making back the money we'd have to sink into production. so sadly, i don't think legit cds are on the horizon anymore. thanks though, for saying that you'd buy a real one if it was available. maybe one day when me and rawk are independently wealthy.

we were thinking of releasing actual printed cds, but our webhosts went down right when the buzz was high enough for us to consider sinking all the money into it. on the other hand, now cafepress.com provides cd printing evidently... we'll definitely see where that goes.
thanks for the interest- rok
