Noise punk is a genre like the name implies a mix of dark edged Noise Rock with a the hard edge of Punk (real punk not the modern pop stuff)

 

The Hillside Stranglers are a NOISE PUNK band from Detroit with the current line-up being around for 2 years, currently the band has just finished a tour of Germany and The Netherlands, and are about to embark on several midwest shows throughout the following months as well as finishing up a new CD later this year.
